Notice Inviting Tender
Subject: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 80 KVA Diesel Generator Set for Consulate General of India, Sittwe
The Consulate General of India, Sittwe invites Technical and Financial Bids from manufacturer/ authorised dealer/ reputed suppliers having their registered office and service centre in Yangon/Sittwe for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 80 KVA Silent (Soundproofed) Diesel Generator Set of reputed make [CUMMINS / HITACHI / KOHLER / MITSUBUSHI / GREAVES] for the Consulate General of India, Sittwe.
2. Firms must have experience in undertaking similar nature of work in the last 5 years. They must have maintenance and service facilities of generator set in Yangon/Sittwe. The representative of firms/ suppliers should visit the sites/ contact the Consulate prior to submission of quotation (Tel: 43-2022918 / 2022919).
3. Tender documents can be downloaded from the Consulate website: www.cgisittwe.gov.in/ CPP Portal: www.eprocure.gov.in.

Opening of Technical Bid : 30.06.2020 (1500 hrs)
4. Technical and Financial Bid must be submitted separately in a sealed envelop clearly superscribed “TECHINCAL BID FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF 80 KVA DG SET AT CGI SITTWE” and “FINANCIAL BID FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF 80 KVA DG SET AT CGI SITTWE” along with all relevant documents to the Head of Chancery, Consulate General of India, No. 4, Myin Pying Kwin Street, Pyi Daw Thar Quarter, Sittwe, Myanmar – 07011. Financial Bid submitted in a separate sealed envelop would be opened in respect of only those Bidders, whose Techincal Bids have been found meeting the required specifications at the Technical Bid evaluation stage. A bid sent through Fax or e-mail will not be accepted.

6. The Consulate General of India, Sittwe reserves the right to reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason. The decision of the Consulate shall be final and binding.
